Susie Mander’s dynamic and gestural work explores her connection to the country where she grew up and the city where she now lives. She has exhibited with Weswal Gallery, the Willoughby Art Centre, Mosman Rowers and Lifeline, and has donated works for the Incognito Art Show. She received an Honourable Mention from Ken Done for her seascape of Mosman Bay in the 2022 Rowers Art Prize. In 2025, she participated in artist residencies in both Goonoo Goonoo and Tamworth. Mander balances her studio work with a dedicated teaching practice, drawing on a Master of Education from the University of Sydney to facilitate engaging workshops that empower her students to experiment and grow.
