A Moment of Peace - Mia Murphy

My artwork shows a Border Collie sitting on the beach and looking towards the sunset. I wanted to capture the feeling of taking a moment to stop, relax and appreciate what is around you. The dog represents companionship and being comfortable in a quiet moment. I used soft colours in the sky, ocean and sand to create a calm and peaceful mood, while the black and white dog creates a strong contrast. The sunset and reflections across the water help show the beauty of slowing down and enjoying a simple moment in life.
