Having picked up the brush just over 18 months ago and having taken intermittent formal lessons for the past 12 months, she is still very much in the early, exciting stages of discovering what feels like \"her\" style. Painting had always been a rare pastime until a wedding gift idea sparked a keener interest — somewhat ironic, given that gift itself took a fair few months to paint. Since then, it has become a great way to step back from the everyday and give the creative side of the brain some room to breathe.
